WhatsApp, as of now will charge Business customers

 

WhatsApp, a messaging application recently announced that it will charge business customers for some of the services it offers.

WhatsApp issued a statement describing that the app has taken a decision to impose some charges from their business customers for some of their services with a view to build their business. This decision is taken in order to extend their services of free end to end encrypted video, text and voice calling over and above 2 billion people.

To help out business of all sizes to manage their chats, WhatsApp has provided Business app and WhatsApp Business API. In order to make messaging improved for business and consumers WhatsApp has considered feedback on what has worked.

The company further said, that the additional experiences on WhatsApp will benefit their customers and will meet a real need for many businesses and people across the globe.

It is believed that people will continue to use WhatsApp so as to communicate with their families and friend. That is why we will work on providing new features in WhatsApp to protect customer’s private conversation.
