Coronavirus can be more lethal in the second wave, Dr Yasmin notified

 

Health Minister Punjab, Dr. Yasmin Rashid said that coronavirus in the second phase may be much more severe while speaking at an inaugural ceremony of Water Testing Laboratory and a campaign of tree plantation at Sanda Road here on Sunday.

Provision of clean water for drinking is an outstanding project by Wasa because doing so will provide an opportunity to test the drinking water in the City.

Further to this the minister added that it is the basic right of every citizen to get clean drinking water, so establishment of water testing labs is a step towards achieving the milestone in the capital city. The minister appreciated Sheikh Imtiaz Vice Chairman of Wasa for the brilliant initiative.

The government according to the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan has distributed Sehat Insaf cards among the poor families with a view to fulfill the government promise she added while speaking to a tree plantation ceremony.

Likewise, all the students of the government schools along with their families will get Sahulat cards as well so that the masses could be facilitated which is our foremost priority, she added. The minister urged that the teachers, in the meantime should create corona virus awareness regarding precautionary measures among the students in schools.
